The hotel offers beautifully presented and very cozy rooms along with an amazing breakfast. The location is great, just a 15-minute drive from Edinburgh city. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dining is top-notch, possibly the best experienced in any B&B. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing our grown-up daughter to join us for breakfast. They made sure we had something to eat when we had to leave for the airport at 5:00 am. They truly were hospitable, friendly, and helpful, among the nicest people we've ever encountered during our stays.

The location was excellent, close to Edinburgh but far from the noise of the city. With regular buses into town taking about 30 minutes, it was convenient and quiet. There were lovely local walks and easy access to the city center.
